Delivery Policy

Introduction At Kapruka Petti Petti, we are committed to ensuring that your purchases from the USA are delivered to your doorstep in Sri Lanka with ease and reliability. This Delivery Policy outlines our standards and procedures for successful deliveries.

Delivery Process

1. Local Delivery Services: Upon arrival in Sri Lanka, your package will be handed to a trusted local delivery service.
2. Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are conducted Every Day, excluding public holidays. Estimated delivery times are from 7 AM to 7 PM

Recipient Requirements To receive the delivery:
1. The recipient may need to show proof of identity.
2. If unavailable, you may designate someone to receive the package on your behalf, provided they have authorization.

Failed Delivery Attempts If delivery is unsuccessful:
1. We will attempt to contact you to reschedule delivery.
2. After [two] unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package is damaged during transit or lost, please contact our support team within 03 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and initiate a resolution as quickly as possible.
